Cancellation Policy
By confirming your booking, you agree to the MSF Default Policy. Please review the following before proceeding: All MSF services — including Audio System Intake, Scholarships & Grant Applications, and Family Support Sessions — are made-to-order or limited booking services. No cash refunds are provided. Approved cancellations may receive store credit only. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled booking are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit. For free bookings, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made before the 48-hour cancellation window. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the MSF Terms & Conditions, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Default Policy.
