Our Journey
Foundational Goals
Our story began in South Auckland, driven by one family member’s determination to break generational cycles and create lasting change.
What started as a mission for our own family soon revealed a greater truth — the Far North faced some of the country’s lowest employment and education outcomes, limited opportunities, and outdated systems across numerous government agencies. Existing foundations had delivered little measurable impact.
Grounding our Head Office in the Bay of Islands, of the Far North, our journey stretched through the Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Taupō, and down to Dunedin and Invercargill, embracing every heartbeat of Aotearoa.
Along the way, our two-year strategic plan took shape, turning vision into action and creating measurable progress by working closely with local families and their communities, ultimately achieving global impact.
From a small family vision, the Mespa Solutions Foundation (MSF) has grown into a global organization, connecting cultures, empowering communities, and redefining opportunity across Aotearoa and beyond.

Guided by our President, Raymond Charles Faliu, the MSF Board represents a proud blend of Pasifika, Māori, European, and multicultural voices from across Aotearoa, New Zealand, and globe, each deeply committed to social empowerment, education, sustainability, and community growth.
Our team operates collaboratively with a network of qualified partners, organizations, and specialists, combining skills across education, sport, health, environment, and development sectors.
Through strong partnerships and collaborative initiatives, MSF delivers programs that uplift communities, strengthen families, empower youth, and promote sustainable futures.
Together, we are more than a foundation. We are a movement of professionals and partners united in purpose, working hand in hand to create lasting impact both locally and globally.
Cultural Advocates
At Mespa Solutions Foundation (MSF), culture defines our identity and drives our mission. Our Cultural Advocates are passionate leaders representing the rich diversity of Aotearoa, New Zealand and our global communities. From Pasifika and Māori voices to a wide network of multicultural representatives worldwide, they ensure every MSF and AUD initiative honour's cultural integrity, inclusivity, and respect.
These advocates bridge heritage and innovation, promoting understanding and unity across regions and nations. By collaborating with local leaders, international partners, and community networks, they help us amplify voices, preserve traditions, and celebrate the strength found in diversity.

Community Connectors
At the core of MSF are our Community Connectors — the bridge between vision and action. They are the trusted faces who walk alongside individuals and families, youth, and communities, turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into outcomes.
Through our department, Athletic Unlimited Development (AUD), the team delivers programs that reach far beyond sports.
AUD shapes pathways for education, career readiness, trades training, and personal development, empowering individuals to build a future of stability and purpose. From obtaining driver’s licences, completing employment certifications, and developing leadership skills, to supporting young people in athletics, the arts, and education.
Our connectors ensure that every person, regardless of background, has access to growth and achievement.
They work directly with schools, training providers, local organizations, and regional agencies to identify needs, build trust, and deliver programs that drive real, lasting results.
