Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MSF Online x AUD Apparel, we take pride in producing premium athletic wear, garments and accessories that is made to order or offered as exclusive pre-order releases. Each item is created with care in New Zealand, ensuring quality and uniqueness.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

Store Credit Only

• We do not provide money refunds.

• If you wish to return an item, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the product (excluding shipping costs).

• Store credit can be used towards future purchases at the MSF online store.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Shipping, postage, and handling fees for returns are at the buyer’s expense.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for a different size or style (subject to availability).

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Purchases

• All items are either made to order or offered as limited pre-order purchases.

• This means production begins only after your order is confirmed, or stock is reserved specifically for your pre-order.

• As such, production and delivery times may vary. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or in product descriptions.

Shipping Policy

• Additional Items: $5 NZD per extra item.

Australia Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order size and weight.
